RDS Primary Science 2015 ‘Kerry’s Gold’

Congratulations to Saibh O’Brien, Lorcan Daly, Milly Mason & Eve Mackessy who took part in the RDS Primary Science Fair in Dublin on Saturday 10th January.  

Their project was named ‘Kerry’s Gold what gives our beaches their colour’?.  It was an investigation into the different types of sand in our Kerry beaches.  The judges were very impressed with their research and the presentation of their findings. The group were awarded a lovely trophy in recognition of their work.

 A big thank you to Pam & Eoin Mackessy and to their class teacher Mr. O’Sullivan  and to all the 6th class for all their help and encouragement.
