The Nagle Rice School Community care deeply about environmental issues, and wish to make a positive change in the environment around us.
The Green School Programme provides an ideal way for fostering environmental awareness in the entire school and it is an intrinsic part of the life and ethos of the school.
We currently hold green flags for Litter and Waste, Energy, Water , Travel , Biodiversity and Global Citizenship.
At present we are working hard towards our 8th Green Flag for ”Global Citizenship, Marine Environment’
